Product Description
BRILLIANCE INK REFILLS by Tsukineko Non-Toxic, Archival and Acid Free. Brilliance ink is the only pigment ink that dries naturally on vellum and glossy paper. It dries quickly so it's not great for embossing. It works great on leather, polymer clay, mica, and acetate. The only surface I've had troubles with is Metal. I recommend StazOn ink or Palette Ink for stamping on metal. Brilliance colors are mostly shimmery metallic or pearl looking.
